All transactions are processed through the respective app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We do not collect or store your payment card information directly.

5.2 Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any virtual item or subscription at any time.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refund policies are governed by the respective app store platforms. For Google Play, please contact Google Play support. For Apple App Store, please contact Apple support. We will cooperate with legitimate refund requests as required by law.

5.4 Virtual Items

Virtual items have no real-world value and are licensed, not sold. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset virtual items at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of technical issues, fraud, or policy violations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all content, features, and functionality contained therein are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 License Grant

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is done at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Beijing Dongba Culture Media Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beijing Dongba Culture Media Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Beijing, China.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us to resolve any disputes informally before initiating formal proceedings. If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Beijing Dongba Culture Media Co., Ltd. regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
